Roberta Amadò - Your yoga companion

Roberta Amadò is a passionate yoga teacher and founder of I Am Yoga in Tesserete, Switzerland. With an empathetic approach, she supports her students in bringing body and mind into harmony. Roberta specializes in Yin Yoga, Vinyasa Flow and Yoga Nidra, which she designs with heart and expertise for all levels of experience.

Her vision is to make yoga accessible to everyone.

Individual guidance is particularly important to her: in private lessons, she adapts the practice precisely to the personal needs and goals of her students.

Roberta creates space for mindfulness, growth and well-being.

Treat yourself to a creative break with designer and ceramist Tessa Donati in the cozy Sisu Garden. Discover the art of ceramics, experiment with clay and different techniques - whether you are a beginner or advanced.

After the creative part, a cozy brunch awaits you, where you can exchange ideas and relax.

Tessa Donati is a multidisciplinary designer and ceramist. After studying at the ECAL in Lausanne, she discovered her passion for ceramics, which she deepened with training courses in Denmark and Paris. Today she runs the Momento Ceramic Studio in Lugano, gives workshops and creates unique ceramic objects.
