The Scenic Trail is an outstanding trail running event that stretches over 500 square kilometers and covers ten municipalities: Alto Malcantone, Arbedo-Castione, Bedano, Bellinzona, Capriasca, Isone, Lugano, Mezzovico-Vira, Monte Ceneri and Torricella-Taverne. In 2015, 2016 and 2017, the Scenic Trail was awarded the Swiss Ultra Trail Award as the best trail running event in Switzerland. This year, the competition takes place from June 6 to 8 and offers runners the opportunity to experience the breathtaking scenery of Ticino.
Whether you are an experienced runner or a beginner - the Scenic Trail promises an unforgettable experience. Join us and enjoy the fascination of trail running!
Street Food Festival Tesserete

The Capriasca Street Food Festival is returning after the great success of previous years and is now in its fourth edition this year. From Thursday, August 29th to Saturday, August 31st, the elementary school square in Tesserete will be transformed into a mecca for foodies.
You can look forward to a variety of culinary delights from all over the world, accompanied by craft beers and varied evening concerts. There is a special children's zone for younger guests, providing fun and entertainment.
